Good news this week as one of our lenders re-enters the Spanish mortgage market, having been virtually dormant in terms of lending for more than a year. Offering loans based on the monthly Euribor means that for purchases on a repayment basis, mortgages are as low as 2.32%.

They also offer a switch and save remortgage, where they will absorb the costs of remortgaging (typically 4% in Spain) and offer interest only loans at 2.67%.
